Reporting the Managing Director, the successful candidate will implement strategic sales initiatives to an existing customer base. Furthermore to develop and drive new sales opportunities through multiple go to market strategies ensuring market penetration and growth. As a senior leader in the business, the successful candidate will ensure budgets are achieved through well planned execution of sales plans and contributing to building strategic direction of the Commercial division.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in business, possess proven sales competency in large complex solutions and the ability to open up new markets. It is expected that you will be or have been in a similar level role within the lubrication or automotive after-market industries.

Your sales ability in developing and executing solutions for clients from the ground up will be unmatched. You will possess strong emotional intelligence skills, be agile and skilled in relationship building. Furthermore, you will have an analytical approach, strong attention to detail and possess sound personal presentation and communication skills.
